Onur Ceritoğlu is an artist and a researcher who was trained as an architect based between Berlin and Istanbul. In his installations, he works with found objects and materials that signify heavy urban change and informalities within it. His ongoing PhD research is based on the investigation of an informal profession – a social infrastructure- named as removers (Çıkmacıs) that salvage scraps from to be demolished buildings for reuse and recycling in Istanbul.

He is a part of KABA HAT artist collective.
